Sherri Anglin, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her bachelors from Northwestern State University, Louisiana. She earned her masters from the University of Wyoming Laramie. She has made it her life’s mission to guide her patients through their struggles with mental health. Throughout her life, she learned many things, including compassion, empathy, and how to listen and really hear what her patients are saying. This allows her to use all her knowledge in psychopharmacology to improve the quality of life of her patients. In fact, her career in healing and helping others began as a Registered Nurse, and after seeing all the people in need of mental health treatment, she was inspired to pursue a career in Mental Health. This inspiration led her to the University of Wyoming, where she obtained a master’s degree in Psychiatry. Since graduation, she has had the privilege of providing psychiatric care to many different ages and cultures throughout the United States and has grown with each patient encounter. Now, after more than a decade of caring for those who struggle with mental health, she is still proud to call herself a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner as this is her life’s calling and vows to help all that she encounters with their personal journey with mental health. She remains humbled by the opportunity bestowed upon her and values the privilege of providing the best psychiatric care to her patients.
